Walking your dog is as important as loving it, feeding it and giving it somewhere warm and dry to live.

Dogs need to walk. They are programmed to migrate and their daily outings go a large way to satisfying these very basic urges.

We go to all the beautiful dog-friendly places in and around Edinburgh, visiting the Pentlands daily, so we have a variety of walks in length and location to keep your dog (and us) stimulated about their surroundings.

They will be using all of their senses, keeping them alert and active.
This is vital for their mental as well as physical health.

Many dogs are simply taken on walks and left to amuse themselves. We interact by playing games like Fetch, Hide n Seek, Tracking n Scenting and reinforcing important commands They also have plenty of time to sniff, play and do doggy things. We encourage them to interact and enjoy watching them play and bond.
And there is always time for some 1-2-1 because we keep our numbers low.
This all aids socialisation and gives them more confidence.

Although we are happy to allow your dog to be off leash in suitable areas, we will only do so with your permission.

Your dogs' safety and well-being are our priority.
